I had a short tenure in TCS, was there to be judged much. But is an employee centric company but the the top down view does not have much visibility on the grass root level employees.

Salary is too less.. lesser than the market standards

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Colleagues and managers behaviour is not good. Managers follows a toxic and inappropriate behaviour towards employees.

Promotions are experience dependent, a lot depends on your relationship with your upper management

Work life balance, less micromanagement , good speak up culture, job security. In few departments good works.

Salary hike is less in few departments
