Not taking the competition head on. Slowly loosing market to the growing competition in all the segments.

Likes

Friendly and collaborative senior leadership. Willing to give space and time for growth and career development. Always open to suggestions and able to make me feel equal irrespective of huge hierarchy difference. Wonderful and heart filling lunch at main corporate office.

Dislikes

Wlb, employee benefits and inflated compensation. The amount to actual take home, there is a huge difference and nobody wants to change that. Organization is not willing to spend a penny on employee training and development and lacks severe R&R for employees from support functions.

...multiple opportunities and job rotation options where an individual can explore. Salary hikes are better than many other companies.

Dislikes

There is a lot of bureaucracy and poor decision making amongst senior management. All that in turn makes the whole company slow in entire business value chain.
