Work life balance is good. For managers and above, Variable pay is just as good as nothing. Consider there is no variable and whatever you get is a plus. HR process is very bad, they don't answer any question, you may expect a reply from Prime minister office, but don't expect solution from HRs. The assets you get (laptop, mouse etc) are outdated.

HR process, and and variable pay like peanuts.

I am working from last one year in Wells Fargo and till now i would like to take this opportunity to describe Wells Fargo in one sentence "Excellent work culture and great supportive managers"

Dislikes

Low salary: I would say the pay is low compared to the expectations of the role. Others say that the average annual salary increase is around 2% or less.
