to ben honest they supported us a lot i dont any words to describe. i was in village at the peak time COVID and they paid my full salary though i haven't worked single day. Couple of time i have received call from HR and they where asking about me and my family health for which the respect for the company reached to top. They have taken at most care of us even after things are normal. They have given us 2 weeks salary extra in last salary and started giving home drop and home pick up. I always keep telling my friends about my company. Respect.

Dislikes

Management is very good and very polite. lower level people are very conservative and very discriminative. They don't give equal opportunities to every one.

Likes

I liked the team, TL, Manager and the work environment. Office and cafeteria.

Dislikes

The basic pay but one can earn incentives easily.

Good environment whether it is manager or hr or people arround you. Everyone are supportive.

Dislikes

More growth and opportunities needed especially for tenured ones and salary is less especially for experienced and need to provide good medical facilities like ESI or other similar services for health benefits.

Good work environment. Job security is high. Company policies are good. Cafeteria is good.

Dislikes

Lot of politics are there with in the teams. Career growth is slow and starting salary is very low. Appraisals are not so fair. Very much favouritism are played.

Worst cab service and surprisingly deduction of salary and when you enquire about it you are going to get only explanation. And the salary they offer is very less for the amount of work stress they give you.
