bench period is too long. staffing team wont even talk with you properly. they will release you from the project without any reasons.

The culture of the company is good. You get plenty of leaves. Salary is also good. Good for Fresher Candidates.

Their promotion and Appraisal cycle is too much time taking and higher ups can do politics sometime which might directly affect you. Growth is too slow due to promotion Policy.

Work life balance can be bad in some projects but that depends on the project managers similar to other service based companies. The person who takes up tasks and has the skills is overburdened with more tasks, again depends on the project.
