The salary part is the only thing which I feel FAI doesn't give as per the outside market. if 2 candidates has same years of experience but 1 is way smarter then another then offered package should also be different. Package should be as per years and interview feedback

The company culture is great. Most of the work life balance depends on the project that you are working on, but overall the top management makes sure that all the employees are satisfied with their work.

Nothing much, maybe less competitive packages. But this is an obvious things as To The New is a service based company, still the compensation is better as compared to the other service based giants
