1.) No fixed domain to work. 2.) Less trust on employees. 3.) Decision is biased most of the times. 4.) Honest employee believed to be an idiot by higher authorities. 5.) You have to identify different tasks for yourself, if you don't want your skillsets diminished early.

No job security - very very frequent lay offs, highly toxic work environment full of politics, no work-life balance, zero appreciation/encouragement.

Likes

Excellent work culture and team. Good salary and promotion to those who perform exceptionally. No micro-management, and complete freedom as long as the work is getting done and there is no major complaints.

Dislikes

Usual politics within colleagues. Less importance is given to the tech side of improvements. I believe the tech team should be a major independent team and bring constant automation and new features for growth.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

There is a lot of internal politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent and good, but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
