There is no job security in Genpact, on my own I took an internal movement, but after joining g there and working for 7-10 days i was being told that hiring has stopped and you have to go back to your old process and later it was being told you are on bench now, then got a final letter stating that this is your last month and this will be your last day. So I don't like job security here

...ith. But I should say it also purely depends on the team which we have put into. The salary is higher for freshers and lateral compared to other companies.

We cannot expect good ratings and promotion even if we deserve it. As they ask you to work 10 hrs continuously, you will not have time to develop your skills.

Good job security but salary is low its ok for local candidates, environment travel team mates is good.. Career growth is very bad..... No any development

One of the good companies out there, you can easily work there for max 4-5 years, medical billing sector is booming you can learn and upskill
