Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Salary comes in time, work culture is good.

Leave policy is very bad. There is no sick leave policy. Working hours are strict. Late logins are included in our incentive criteria which is unfair specially in the process I worked for. Sometimes double pay are not paid on time when we work on National holidays , we had to raise ticket for that.

I had a short tenure in TCS, was there to be judged much. But is an employee centric company but the the top down view does not have much visibility on the grass root level employees.

Salary is too less.. lesser than the market standards

We can improve our knowledge and learn many things from key concepts. Compared to other companies, the training period here is only one month, during which they teach and conduct assessments. We can celebrate every festival and have fun. It's the best place to learn and enjoy.

We are all disappointed only by the salary.

Work life balance completely satisfied, no more restrictions, if you complete your work you can enjoy your freedom, peaceful environment, lovely accamadation.
