Company Review: JiBe
Working at JiBe has been quite the experience, and not in a good way. One thing that stands out is how management is actively trying to cover up the toxic work environment by flooding Glassdoor with fake positive reviews. All these fake reviews follow the same pattern: they say very little, are written in vague bullet points, and clearly come from a script given by management. They’re even posted directly by the HR team.
It’s frustrating to see this while employees here are struggling with low morale, lack of support, and constant micromanagement. If you’re considering joining JiBe, don’t trust the online reviews—reach out to current or former employees directly. You’ll hear the real story, and it’s far from what management wants you to believe.

Imagine this: Your company's head suddenly turns into a wish-granting genie (magic lamp included)! But there’s a catch—you can only ask for ONE wish. 🤔My Wish:- 2 Months paid leave in a year :)or I’d wish for a ‘Boss Swap Day’ where employees get to be the CEO for 24 hours. Let’s see how the other side lives—power, perks, and all!" 😄Tell me your wishes below
