Vijay Group entered in the Real Estate business 3 decades ago with a vision to participate towards future growth of Thane city through sustainable development. Ever since its inception, Vijay Group decided to take the path less traveled and started with projects and locations which were considered very ambitious. Vijay Group's first project was Vijay Nagari; comprising of 11 buildings with over 450 apartments - Vijay Nagari continues to remain a present day landmark. Since then, the company started taking up multiple projects in the city and working towards uplifting the home buyers. The Group is known for its projects Vijay Nagari, Vijay Garden, Vijay Park, Vijay Vilas in Thane. With every new project, Vijay Group adapted to the changing real estate market scenario and started providing something unique which revolutionised the Thane real estate market.
Vijay Group has developed and delivered projects covering over 4 million sq.ft. of space. The group has the largest footprint on Ghodbunder Road with holistically developed communities. Today the group is known for its superior products, on the dot service and commitment to customers.
