The Works is a team of passionate professionals, who are masters of a few trades, and jacks of many more. We are driven by the joy of creating tangible results out of a vision. One thing that makes us stand apart is our ability to serve as a single point for multiple solutions.

We have been the standalone agency for most of our clients, where we have delivered all their requirements ranging from their branding or website, to their wedding invitation. You know, the works.

We are an integrated agency which works with brands at a business strategy level, conceptualising their communication plans in order to improve consumer experiences and grow their market presence.

Our services include branding and design, print and packaging, web design, social media marketing, digital marketing, public relations, photo and video production.

We have zero tolerance for snowflakes. Disagreements are a part of the day, not tantrums. We don’t babysit.

Work-life balance

We maintain strict working hours of 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and encourage people to go home post 6:30 pm. If anyone has to stay and work beyond 6:30 they need to take a managers approval and get paid overtime along with an option for a comp-off. We offer 11 days of paid leave for anyone wanting to participate in Vipassana Meditation. Every Friday, we try and go for football in the evenings at a nearby turf
