This telecom carrier wants to extend southern hospitality to the wholesale market. Southern Telecom operates long-haul and metro fiber-optic networks that connect Atlanta with smaller metro regions throughout the Southeast. Its 1,200 route-mile network spans Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.
