A cross check on our understanding is done with the client post which a job summary is derived with a brief on the clients business status.STAGE 2Identification : The objective of this is to map out all available talent suitable for the role. This would attempt using all available sources (The Data base, web site subscriptions, references/ head hunting etc) Assessment: A preliminary shortlist is derived and contact made with the prospective candidates. Each candidate is met personally to explain the role requirements and evaluated on suitability for the role. This is further validated by a reference check of the candidate. Candidates are evaluated and ranked based on their suitability for the role.
