Sports Day 2024 wrapped up with a spectacular 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗮! From thrilling stalls and fun games to vibrant music, dance performances, and engaging activities for all, it was a day packed with delightful moments.

At Niveus, we’re committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle and fostering a strong sense of community. This marathon is more than a race—it’s about coming together, inspiring fitness, and showcasing Mangalore on the global stage. We’re proud to host the only 𝗔𝗜𝗠𝗦-𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 in the district, raising the bar for marathon running in India.

Lessons in Leadership and Resilience: 🏏 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂: Create positive spaces to nurture mindset and growth. 🏏 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻: Often, success demands enduring painful challenges and pushing beyond limits. 🏏 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲: Talent alone isn’t enough—visualize, prepare, and make practice perfect. 🏏 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿: For cultural changes to happen, everyone needs to contribute and perform their individual tasks. 🏏 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆: True leaders learn to wear different hats, from father-figure to friend to mentor. They need to connect to team members one-on-one. 🏏 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Stick to the basics, avoid overthinking, and trust in yourself.

Gratitude in action! Our Niveus team united for a successful collection drive to give back to society. We joyfully delivered the pledged items to our NGO partners, impacting lives at Chethana Special School, Animal Care Trust, Spandana Special School, and SVST Kidiyoor. Together, we're making a positive difference!
