The determination to move up the value chain in process, products and performance has resulted in MSTM being acknowledged for its excellence. Established in 2004 in the outskirts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, MSTM is a manufacturer of solid carbide tools like drills, end mills, profile cutters, reamers and form tools. We specialize in providing customized tooling solutions based on customer requirements and also manufacture a wide range of standard tools for OEMs. We have a state-of-the-art setup comprising of ANCA CNC tool & cutter grinding machines with linear motor axes and robotic handling supplemented by highly accurate quality inspection machines including a Zoller Genius 3s inspection unit. This equipment, coupled with experienced and qualified machine operators, allows us to achieve very close tolerances within up to 5 microns! In order to maximize productivity and quality, we have set up our own in-house PVD sputter coating facility in technical partnership with CemeCon, Germany.
