no job security and promotion. The company note provide safety measures. only cosider safety for audit days only. and expecially the power house manager attitud is very bad for our under employees. He will torcher metal.

There is no job security and no promotion. The company does not provide safety equipment. Safety is considered only on audit days. Especially the attitude of the power house manager towards the employees is very bad. He puts mental pressure on the employees.
