Salary gets released very late at the month end; the night shift allowance is zero (and mostly you will get the night shift). You will get zero official leaves (you need to apply for leaves on your own; that will not be accepted by the lead or manager). Dirty politics You will have to wait at least 2 years to get appraisals. And there are a thousand reasons to not work in impact infotech and (leave this company, which I did).
