One of the worst professional experiences I have encountered. The company's management lacks transparency, and the handling of employee concerns is utterly disappointing. 1. **Poor Communication and Lack of Feedback**: Despite working diligently, I received no formal feedback or performance reviews throughout my tenure. The company failed to follow basic HR protocols, such as issuing a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or providing constructive feedback to help employees improve. In my case, I was terminated without any clear, documented reasons and was simply told that my tasks were not completed — something I had never been formally informed of. 2. **Salary Delays and Unjust Deductions**: My salary for January 2025 was delayed, and when the Full & Final Settlement was eventually provided, there were unjustified deductions for leave without pay (LWP) and missing assets that were neither communicated nor agreed upon. The company relied on outdated and insecure methods for tracking attendance, which led to discrepancies. I had repeatedly raised concerns about this, but there was no response or solution from HR. 3. **Unfair Deductions for Missing Laptop**: I was also penalized for a missing laptop, although I had only been tasked with maintaining asset records and not with taking full responsibility for all company assets. The company should have proper security systems in place (such as CCTV) to prevent such incidents. This deduction was unjustified and not mentioned in my employment contract, making it completely inappropriate. 4. **Lack of Professionalism and Employee Care**: The HR team, led by Mansi, lacked professionalism, and there was little regard for employees' concerns. The exit process was disorganized, and there was a complete lack of transparency when it came to terminating employees.
