The company's subsidiaries, Ameublements Tanguay and Brault et Martineau, are retailers of household appliances, furniture, electronics, and other accessories. The company runs about 30 stores, including a half dozen Sleep Gallery centers, and nearly 10 liquidation centers in Canada. Most stores are actually showrooms; product distribution is handled at two centers located in Montreal and Quebec City. Deliveries are carried out by subcontractors. The company was incorporated in 1989 and succeeded the Cantrex Group in operating the subsidiaries. Chairman and CEO Yves Des Groseillers owns nearly 50% of the company.

Karnataka to implement 15% fare hike across four-state-run transport corporations
- Karnataka is set to implement a 15% fare hike across four state-run transport corporations.
