1. Leadership from the SCM Head, Design Head, Solution Design Head, HR Head and Plant Heads are commendable. However, the IT Leader, PMO Leader needs improvement. 2. Entry and mid-level engineers are provided with ample learning opportunities, which is encouraging for skill development. 3. The HR team is efficient and proactive, organizing enjoyable events like Armstrong and APL. Their support during the exit process is noteworthy, with commendable cadence across all offices, though policies needs improvement. 4.The Automation Head and the team demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration within the Automation department, ensuring seamless and efficient operations. 5. 1. The infrastructure feels more like showbiz rather than being genuinely functional for employees' needs, Tea is provided in small cups, no canteen facility, strict timings, site situations are worse. 2.The payroll team and accounts department need significant improvement in behavior, as rudeness and inappropriate comments from the Accounts Head create a negative environment
