M/s Apex Buildcon India Pvt. Ltd was established in 2003 and received its ISO 9001-2000 certification in 2007. In addition, M/s Apex Heights Pvt Ltd. and M/s Alphabet Heights Pvt. Ltd. were incorporated in 2013. The company's directors have been leading the charge with a mission to create residential and commercial projects of global quality, guided by our motto "Turning Dreams Into Reality". Initially, the group ventured into construction on a contractual basis and later diversified into real estate development to seize the opportunities presented by India's growing real estate sector. Today, the company stands as one of the prominent real estate developers in India. Within a short timeframe, it has successfully completed and delivered numerous large-scale projects ahead of schedule.

Satnam Singh Sachdeva – Director of the company having vast experience of 30 years in the field of construction and infrastructure works. He has supervised/ executed variety of projects like Group Housing, Residential, Industrial, Institutional and Farm houses and also running his own 200 bedded hostels for students and working people in Delhi. He is also Director of M/s S S Sachdeva Constructions Pvt Ltd., M/s Gateway Buildcon India Pvt Ltd.

 

Amandeep Singh- Director is a Commerce Graduate and MBA. He has vast experience in the field of construction, infrastructure works, financial and marketing fields. He is fully involved in all the affairs of the company and his innovative ideas and dedication give lots of benefits to achievement of the company and risen his name among the pillars of Real Estate Developers in Delhi NCR. He has supervised/ executed variety of projects like Group Housing and Residential Projects.
