Zurich Kotak General Insurance - Project Manager (6-10 yrs)

- Ownership of multiple concurrent projects, as part of overall digital transformation roadmap ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives

- Lead the project team to plan, execute and monitor digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards

- Analyze and define the business problem, formulate the project scope & objectives, recommend and implement solutions

- Facilitate the effective communication and engagement between business stakeholders, IT team and Regional Office team to eliminate roadblocks, resolve issues and make alignments for project deliverables

- Manage dependencies across projects and between local and Regional Office teams

- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management

- Manage project resources, including internal teams, vendors, and third-party contractors

- Maintain project records in accordance with standards and Risk Policy requirements

- 6+ years working as a Project Manager or in project environment

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and agile software development

- Large-scale and/or cross-market projects

- Proven communication skills

- Experience of managing C-Suite level stakeholders

- Knowledge of project management tools like Jira

- Experience of Product Ownership desirable
