Senior Manager - Project Management and Digital Transformation

Role & responsibilities

• Ownership of multiple concurrent projects, as part of overall digital transformation roadmap ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives
• Lead the project team to plan, execute and monitor digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Analyze and define the business problem, formulate the project scope & objectives, recommend and implement solutions
• Facilitate the effective communication and engagement between business stakeholders, IT team and Regional Office team to eliminate roadblocks, resolve issues and make alignments for project deliverables

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-

functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and agile software development
  • Large-scale and/or cross-market projects
  • Proven communication skills
  • Experience of managing C-Suite level stakeholders
• Knowledge of project management tools like Jira
  • Experience of Product Ownership desirable
