Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 6-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a solid understanding of SQL Server. This role is essential for driving technical projects from inception to completion while ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple technical projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and track project progress against milestones.
- Utilize SQL Server to analyze data, create reports, and ensure data integrity throughout projects.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and any changes.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical and project management skills
Requirements- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in project management within a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including database design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams.
- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
