Certinia Developer - Salesforce Platform (4-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Provide expert support for clients using Certinia (or similar) financial products.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

- Manage migrations and integrations between Certinia and other systems.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Financial Management systems like FF Accounting/FFA, Billing Central, PSA, and similar modules.

- Resolve tickets within Certinia and other relevant platforms.

- Maintain project data accuracy and integrity.

- Assist with project setup, resource allocation, and tracking.

- Generate project-related reports for stakeholders.

- Help streamline Certinia processes and workflows.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Lightning Framework.

- Expertise in Salesforce Lightening Framework, Apex, App exchange product development work and other customizations in SFDC

- Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud/ Community Cloud/Sales Cloud/ Health Cloud

- Capability and knowledge to lead and mentor the team in designing and review of code and guide and encourage the team to follow best practices.

- In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules and Triggers, etc.

- Good understanding of Salesforce deployment tools
