Role Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis.
- This remote position demands a proactive and independent individual with a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment.
- As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various technical roles within the analytics domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including utilizing job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including technical evaluations and behavioral interviews.
- Negotiate compensation packages and extend offers to successful candidates.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment progress and performance.
Technical Sourcing:
- Develop a deep understanding of technical roles and requirements within the analytics domain.
- Identify and engage with passive candidates through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online communities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical communities and industry professionals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively source top talent.
Candidate Experience:
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with candidates, keeping them informed at every stage.
- Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and priorities.
- Partner with other members of the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on technical roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to source and engage top talent through various channels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience recruiting for analytics roles is a significant plus.
