Role & responsibilities
As a HR Executive, Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Ensures a seamless candidate experience, maintains applicant tracking systems, and supports the onboarding process for new hires. Manages recruitment marketing efforts and stays updated on industry best practices to attract top talent.
Talent Acquisition:
1. Source candidates using various methods such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
3. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
Interviewing and Selection:
1. Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates.
2. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
3. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Management:
1. Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
2. Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide feedback as necessary.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introductions to key team members.
Attendance:
Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required.
