We are seeking a dynamic student recruiter to represent a prestigious European university in India. As the first point of contact for students and stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in student recruitment and relationship building.Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment:
Identify and attract prospective students from India who meet the university's admissions criteria.
Conduct outreach activities, such as attending education fairs, organizing webinars, and conducting campus visits.
Provide comprehensive information about the university's programs, admissions requirements, and scholarships.
Advise students on the application process and visa requirements.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and education counselors.
Provide personalized guidance and support throughout the application process.
Address student inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
University Representation:
Represent the university positively and professionally at events and meetings.
Promote the university's academic excellence, research opportunities, and cultural diversity.
Admissions Processing:
Assist students with the application process, including collecting necessary documents and submitting applications.
Coordinate with the university's admissions office to ensure timely processing of applications.
Reporting:
Track and report on recruitment activities, student inquiries, and application statistics.
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve strategies.
Knowledge of International University, Europe and US University Enrollments, Knowledge and understanding of the higher education system in India and Europe, Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, Proven ability to build strong relationships with students and parents
Strong planning skills for developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans. xcellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
IT literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage high workloads, meet deadlines,
Flexibility, adaptability.
Represent the partner university in India.
Guide students from initial inquiry to admission and visas.
Stay informed about the university's specific programs and admissions processes.
Travel across India to visit schools and education fairs.
Organize in-school presentations, identifying key schools and stakeholders.
Foster and expand relationships with educational institutions.
Collaborate with the International Admissions team.
Enhance brand visibility through digital and social networks.
Attend B2B education networking events.
Build relationships with high schools, colleges and local universities
Support, train, and establish agent networks.
Collaborate on strategic planning with Zista's leadership and the university's international teams.
Develop market intelligence and performance reports
