Job Function: Logistics Distribution
Reports to: Manager, Logistics and Distribution
Location: Mumbai, India
Job Summary
The incumbent is required to ensure delivery of excellent customer service through accurate and fast
processing of sales order. He/She is to communicate and coordinate with other departments and partners
to fulfill customers needs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Handle customers inquiry, process customer orders, enter order into ERP system.
Check lead time, stock status, send allocation report and advise customers accordingly.
Process all orders in ERP system as per timeline defined for execution of orders.
Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and backorders are minimized.
Plan effectively to handle business specific peculiarities like month end peaks, high level transactions,
emergency orders, etc.
Engage in periodic internal and external audits, consignment stock counts, etc. and initiate necessary
actions per audit findings.
Handle customer returns and goods exchange request and manage rebate requests.
Receive product complaints and process warranty claims as per quality control norms.
Process exchange and return request from customer.
Process credit and debit notes with necessary approvals.
Document orders and seek approvals per SOP s.
Participate in process improvement projects in Supply Chain Department
Support in managing the demo stocks for MedEd as an added responsibility.
Manage Import shipment clearance through CHA.
Process administration POs in the system.
Generate MIS and sales reports.

Education / Experience Requirements
Graduate Degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or logistics
Strong ownership and be able to work well under pressure.
Customer service oriented and Action Focused
Good knowledge in ERP systems, especially Oracle
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially excel skills PPT.
Good communication skill (Fluent in English)
Conceptual Thinking and problem solving
