Role & responsibilities

We are hiring a Telecaller Executive to join our admissions team. The primary responsibility will be to call the provided leads, speak with parents about our JEE/NEET coaching programs, and assist with the admission process. The candidate will also be responsible for following up on leads to ensure conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective parents from the provided lead list.
• Explain our JEE/NEET coaching programs and answer queries effectively.
• Counsel parents on the benefits of enrolling their children in our programs.
• Maintain proper records of interactions using CRM tools.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses.
• Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be fluent in English and Kannada.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Ability to handle rejections and manage multiple calls efficiently.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using Excel.
