ZettaMine - Chatbot Developer - Conversational AI (5-6 yrs)

Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Chatbot AI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI-driven conversational solutions and hands-on experience with the Kore.ai platform.

You will be responsible for designing and building intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants that interact with end-users, as well as creating automated workflows to support business processes.

This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the AI solutions align with business goals and provide a seamless, user-friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.ai tools, ensuring they are user-centric and meet business needs.

- Develop intelligent conversational flows, ensuring context and intent recognition are accurate and natural.

- Implement complex dialogue Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and internal systems with the chatbot to pull data, provide responses, and automate tasks.

- Work on backend integrations to ensure seamless connectivity between the chatbot and external systems or databases, intent recognition, and manage contextual data within conversations to enhance user engagement.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for chatbots and virtual assistants.

- Ensure the chatbot experience is consistent across different platforms (web, mobile, voice, etc.

- Leverage the Kore.ai Bot Builder tools such as Kore Workflow, NLU Modeler, and Bot Kit to build and customize chatbot solutions.

Implement and optimize the Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models to improve intent recognition and dialogue accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience working with the Kore.ai platform.

- Proven expertise in designing and implementing chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.ai's development tools and APIs.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages, with an understanding of how they integrate with the Kore.ai platform.

- Experience with API integration, specifically RESTful APIs, for connecting chatbots with third-party services, CRMs, or other systems.

- Strong understanding of dialogue flow design, intent recognition, and context management in conversational AI solutions.

- Experience with Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to enhance chatbot interactions.

- Expertise in Kore.ai Bot Builder tools, such as Kore Workflow, NLU Modeler, Bot Kit, and other Kore.ai features, to build, deploy, and optimize chatbots.

- Knowledge of AI training techniques, particularly for improving the chatbot's accuracy and response quality.

- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and how they relate to building intuitive and engaging chatbot experiences.

- Experience in creating multimodal user interfaces (text, voice, etc.) that work seamlessly across platforms
