Role: Sr. HR Manager (HRBP + TA)

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a high-performing sourcing team
- Collaborate effectively with business leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure seamless execution.
- Execute recruitment for sales, collections, and other key positions, within the NBFC, Banking or Lending industry.
- Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies to meet current and future talent demands.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a TA + HRBP role.
- Proven experience in volume hiring, mass hiring, and managing talent acquisition in a non-IT environment.
- Strong expertise in NBFC, Banking or lending domain, especially for sales and collections roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results in high-pressure environments.
- Open to travel to different locations to map and nurture the on ground teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
- Excellent command on excel and ease to create Powerpoint presentations is a must
