Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and tactics.
• Support senior sales staff with lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.
• Help manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and customer needs.
• Track and report on sales activities and progress toward targets.
• Participate in training sessions to build knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and industry events to build relationships and expand professional network.
• Provide administrative support, including updating CRM systems and preparing sales reports.

Required Qualifications:

• MBA in Sales, Marketing or related field (recent postgraduates are encouraged to apply).
• 0-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in an entry-level or internship position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
