Job Brief:

Marketing Head responsibilities include tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand/product identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Generating new business leads.

2. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door. Promote a business, product, or service.

3. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. Increasing brand awareness and market share. Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

4. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.

5. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups. Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.

6. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors. Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.

7. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely. Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.

8. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.

9. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

10. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Marketing Manager Day-to-Day Duties:

- Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff.

- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.

- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns.

- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.

- Monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks.

- Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
