Role & responsibilities

• Manage board lines, ensuring timely and accurate call routing.
• Answer and direct inbound phone inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Take accurate messages and follow up as necessary.
• Provide clear and accurate information in response to phone inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
• Organize and maintain office documents, reports, and files.
• Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment.
• Support day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to support ad-hoc tasks or projects.
• Maintain a professional and positive office environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
