Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Manager to oversee and streamline business activities, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and departments. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders in sales, marketing, product development, and operations to drive business success.
What you ll be doing:
1. Business Meeting Coordination
Attend all business meetings, document discussions, and summarize key action points.
Ensure follow-up on action items, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and deadlines.
2. Copy Trading System Development
Collaborate with the Copy Trading Product Owner to establish a robust, user-friendly copy trading system.
Ensure the system provides a seamless user experience with a wide selection of quality traders and signals.
3. Sales Office Management
Monitor and evaluate sales team performance regularly.
Identify underperforming sales personnel and collaborate with Country Managers (CM) and HR to address performance issues.
Track daily sales activities, including client engagement metrics and VIP partner performance verification.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure all activities yield a positive Return on Investment (ROI).
4. Promotions System Development
Design, implement, and automate an effective promotions system with short-term and long-term goals.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure regional teams have access to impactful promotions.
5. Business Support
Summarize and provide product feedback to the Product Department for continuous improvements across mobile apps, CRM, user interfaces, and payment systems.
Follow up on business-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
6. Expense Management
Audit business expenses and validate requests to ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Product Operations
Coordinate with the Product Team for the release of new features and updates.
Train sales and marketing teams on new features to ensure effective utilization.
8. Client Communication
Collaborate with the Product and Growth Teams to manage client communications across multiple channels (email, SMS, in-app messaging, chat platforms).
Develop and maintain communication templates and delivery rules to enhance customer engagement.
Proven experience in business operations, sales management, or product coordination.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
