Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial performance.
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and compliance with regulations.
• Evaluate and manage financial risks, including liquidity and credit risk, to ensure the company's financial stability.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and industry trends.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and external auditors to secure favorable financing terms and maintain transparency.
• Expertise in handling credit and loan section and handle land documentation.
• Monitor financial performance metrics, identifying key areas for improvement and driving operational efficiencies.
• Responsible in shaping our financial strategy, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring the overall financial health of the company.
• Expertise in financial forecasting, risk management, and compliance will be vital in ensuring our financial practices adhere to regulations while driving operational efficiency.
• Should be a visionary leader who can navigate complex financial landscapes, optimize our capital structure, and contribute to the companys strategic objectives.
• Oversee the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a CFO or similar financial leadership role within a reputable organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and guiding high-performing finance teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
