We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist cum HR Business Partner to design, develop, and deliver training programs, as well as provide HR support to our business leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to provide HR guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Development (70%):
- Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop training plans.
- Training Design and Development: Design and develop training programs, including content creation, facilitation guides, and evaluation tools.
- Training Delivery: Deliver training programs to employees, including classroom training,v workshops, and online training.
- Evaluation and Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, including assessment of learning outcomes and ROI analysis.
- Leadership Development: Implement a leadership development program to identify and nurture future leaders within the organization.
- Succession Planning: Develop and maintain a robust succession planning framework to identify and nurture high-potential talent within the organization.
HR Business Partnering (30%):
- HR Support: Provide HR guidance and support to business leaders, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Manage the performance management system to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance feedback, goal setting, and professional development opportunities.
- Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and targeted interventions.
- Oversee the employee relationship management program to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor employee turnover rates, analyze exit interview data, and develop strategies to mitigate turnover and enhance employee loyalty.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in HR, Training and Development, or related field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Learning and Development and HR
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with HR systems, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management.
- Ability to leverage AI in day-to-day activities
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure the impact of talent initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future talent needs and develop proactive solutions to address them.
