We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team
The Objective of the role is Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography and video

The tasks include:

Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video, Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system

Education

Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
Languages needed English and Local Kannada language (Must)

Experience

3 + years of professional experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
Commitment Min. 2 years

Skills

Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
Should be able to take a design from ideation to creation in as little time as possible.
Must be innovative, open to feedback and have a keen eye for good colour combination and design
Must be able to handle demanding workloads and have prompt deliverables.
Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
Accurate and attention to details of the design.
Must refrain from creating any designs that will be termed offensive as per common knowledge.
Should be able to work well with a team

Other requirements

Preference will be given to local candidates
Able to work flexible hours.
Organizational and time management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Dedication, motivation, drive, ambition, and commitment to the job
The person should be ready to travel as the work requires
Candidates with experience in Photo and videography will be preferred.
