Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
  
• Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to reduce turnover rates.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design job descriptions, develop interview questions, and evaluate candidate fit for open roles.
  
• Analyze metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in talent acquisition and HR operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably specialization in HR/Industrial Relations).
  
• Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, employee engagement & retention initiatives.
  
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures & best practices; knowledge of relevant labor laws & regulations.
