Job Description :
- Salesforce Functional Consultant and Administrator.
Position Overview :
- As a Support Engineer & Admin, role is to provide expertise in Salesforce including Mobile App.
- You will work closely with stakeholders and provide them day to day support.
Responsibilities will include :
- Support, implementing and testing system configurations, providing training to end-users, and supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- You will be also responsible for system administration tasks, including user management, security configuration, system monitoring, performance optimization, Job queues handling and troubleshooting, primary goal is to ensure the smooth operation and efficient utilization of SFDC to support the organization's business processes.
Functional/ Technical Competencies :
- Must have experience in salesforce CRM implementation including mobile Apps.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and security settings.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain integrations with third-party applications.
- Provide ongoing support and training for end-users to enhance user adoption.
- Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud /Partner Cloud /Service cloud.
- Experience working across the full Salesforce project lifecycle from analysis, design, and testing to implementation.
- Knowledge of salesforce lightning and core languages (Apex, Force.com, and SOQL ) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Good to have an understanding or working knowledge of other CRMs, ERP like SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics /Business Central.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Information technology, or a related field.
- Strong experience in support, implementing and configuring Salesforce.
- Good knowledge of Administration modules.
- Proficiency in analyzing business processes and translating them into system requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce will be plus.
