We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer with at least 7 years of expertise in Selenium using C# as the primary scripting language.

Candidate must be proficient in Gherkin and SpecFlow and with a solid understanding of test automation processes.

The role involves working closely with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure robust and scalable test coverage across our applications.

1. Strong proficiency in C# programming language and object-oriented programming principles

2. In-depth knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and its core concepts like Page Object Model, Page Factories, parallel test execution etc

3. Implement and maintain BDD frameworks using SpecFlow and Gherkin syntax is a must using industry best practices

4. Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using modularity, reusability principles

5. Experience working with source controls like GIT is a must

6. Setup and maintain test executions jobs in tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub. Test execution jobs that needs to be executed on scheduled, on GIT event or manually triggered

7. Given high-level requirements and or working software, should be able to identify test cases that cover functional, regression, and performance scenarios

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test strategies 9. Experience in API Testing using framework like RestSharp

10. Familiarity with SQL and database concepts

11. Capable of setup and maintain test framework that will be used by other automation engineers and developers

12. Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines integrate automated tests

13. Debug and troubleshoot test failures including failures occurring on the test execution servers and provide detailed defect reports

14. Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases

15. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and test-driven development
