Manage the entire lifecycle of pilot accounts, from initiation to handoff to the permanent account manager, ensuring a seamless setup and transition through each phase.
Ensure all operational tasks (e.g., setup of emails, user accounts, contracts) are completed for each pilot account before launch.
Client Liaison and Communication:
Act as the main point of contact for clients during the pilot phase.
Attend client meetings to ensure that client expectations are understood and aligned with deliverables.
Gather feedback throughout the pilot and adjust strategies as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinate Resources for Pilot Projects:
Work with the squads to assign trainers, ensure resources are allocated efficiently, and support the pilot project s needs.
Ensure that trainers are onboarded correctly and equipped with the necessary tools and schedules.
Efficient Project Setup:
Manage the setup of all necessary tools and systems (e.g., email inboxes, Yocoach accounts, schedules, service agreements) to ensure the pilot account is fully operational.
Streamline the setup process to ensure a smooth and rapid rollout of the pilot program.
Relationship Management and Support:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the pilot phase.
Address any issues or concerns promptly to keep the pilot on track and ensure client satisfaction.
Problem Resolution and Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify potential roadblocks or challenges in the pilot phase and resolve them promptly to avoid delays.
Use feedback from clients and internal teams to refine processes for future pilots.
Required Skills:
Project Management: Ability to handle multiple pilot accounts simultaneously, ensuring all aspects of the project are aligned and managed effectively.
Client Relationship Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage expectations and foster positive relationships with clients during the pilot phase.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly resolve issues that may arise during the pilot process, ensuring that projects stay on track.
Resource Coordination: Experience in coordinating resources (trainers, tools, and schedules) to ensure that pilot projects are staffed and equipped for success.
Attention to Detail: Ensure that all logistics, from email setups to service agreements, are in place for each pilot account to avoid any operational hiccups.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least two years experience in project management
At least two years as Account Manager or a similar role in an outsourcing company
