Job Description
- Independently gather requirements, perform functional testing, and execute system configuration/customization.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and user guides.
- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and internal SAP teams to foster a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Continuously improve production planning and Quality Management processes to align with business goals.
- SAP PP/QM Expertise: Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).
- End-to-End Implementations: At least two full-cycle SAP implementations completed, demonstrating expertise in project lifecycles.
- Core Functional Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Demand Management , Material Requirements Planning (MRP) , Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) processes.
- Expertise in handling Planned Orders , Production Orders , and Master Data (including Bill of Materials, Work Centers, Routing and Production version etc.).
- Proven experience with Discrete Manufacturing processes.
- Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of integration between SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, WM, and FI/CO) is preferred.
- WM/Handling Unit Management: Experience with Warehouse Management (WM) and Handling Unit Management (HUM) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to design, configure, and test SAP PP functionality.
- Solid understanding of business processes related to Production Planning and Quality Management.
