Key Responsibilities.

Expected to provide design/system solutions to the problems.

Perform code-review.

Need to take ownership of features and do/drive its implementation.

Expected to write production ready code adhering to defined coding best practices.

Contribute to end-to-end dev stack of the product development.

Continuous process to identify opportunities to improve system designs, architecture and implementation standards.

Requirements.

Experience in implementing REST APIs.

Experience in implementing and scaling containerized services.

Experience in deploying and maintaining web applications.

Exposure to cloud infrastructure like GCP, AWS, etc.

Good grasp on data structures best practices and optimization of the code.

Experience in MEAN stack and python.

Ability to write middleware/plugins, distributed workloads using goroutines.

Communication skills.

Qualification.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field..

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders..

Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive product innovation..

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals..

Experience working in a startup environment is a plus..
