YAASHKRISHNI FOOD SCIENCE LIMITED is looking for Franchise Coordinator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Franchise Agreement: Sign a franchise agreement with the franchisor that outlines the terms and conditions, including the rights and responsibilities of both parties.Business Setup: Establish and set up the franchise location, which may include finding a suitable location, securing financing, and adhering to the franchisor's standards for branding and design.Training: Participate in training programs provided by the franchisor to understand the company's products, services, operations, and standards.Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the franchise location, which may involve hiring and training staff, overseeing inventory, and ensuring the quality of products or services.Marketing and Promotion: Implement marketing and promotional activities in accordance with the franchisor's guidelines, which can include advertising, social media, and local promotions.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain a loyal customer base. Ensure that the franchisor's customer service standards are met.Compliance: Adhere to all operational, quality, and safety standards set by the franchisor to maintain brand consistency and reputation.Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the franchise, including budgeting, financial reporting, and profit and loss management.
