Product Manager - Logistics/Freight Business (4-8 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Define product roadmap in alignment with the product vision and strategy

- Product lifecycle management from concept to roll-out of the services across the product lines

- Identify, gather, analyze and document business requirements to generate an end-to-end solution for business challenges

- Design relevant product functionality to achieve continuous Product / Market

- Developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance profitability. Collaborating with product, sales, and finance teams on pricing decisions

- Conduct customer and user interviews, and bridge the gaps between the customer and IT team

- Communicate with customers, marketing, sales, IT and vendors to ensure a common understanding on the product roadmap and requirements

- Drive decisions based on data and analytics, market insights and competitors' analysis

- Perform market research to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions

- Improve customer experience by analyzing the current customer journey, driving innovative ideas, improvement opportunities, product and data-driven solutions,

- Prepare and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), site testing and master/reference data setup.

- Help "business owner" to strategize and plan product deployment activities across the globe.

- Provide "subject matter expertise" and monitor adoption, correct usage, standard operating procedures of the product ecosystem

- Act as single point of contact for product-related inquiries and queries during the product development lifecycle

- Take ownership of all product-related documentation including training materials

Desired Candidate's Profile:

- Good academic qualifications and relevant "hands-on" business domain experience in logistics/ freight forwarding industry

- Prior experience in SQL is a plus

- Should have sound analytical and problem-solving skills

- Result-oriented and ready to take ownership

- Effective communication and presentation skills

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle

- Customer service and team focus
