- Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Drive the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing queries, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Establish and maintain professional communication with international stakeholders, ensuring all correspondence reflects the company s professionalism.
- Support management with strategic HR initiatives such as training, development, and performance evaluations.
Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles.
- MBA qualification is mandatory.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle professional correspondence with international clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Adept at internet research and leveraging online tools for business needs.
