1. Ensuring company policies are followed

3. Hiring, training and developing new employees
4. Oversee the daily operations of the business to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
6. Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
7. Manage and coordinate the activities of the operations team.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
9. Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.
10. Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction
11. Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices
12. Providing leadership and direction to all employees
13. Ensuring product quality and availability
14. Preparing and presenting employee reviews
15. Working closely with the store manager to lead staff
16. Overseeing retail inventory
17. Assisting customers whenever necessary
18. Organizing employee schedule
19. Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed
20. Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service
21. Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission
22. Maintaining merchandise and a visual plan
23. Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning
24. Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently
25. Supporting store manager as needed
Key responsibilities include :
1. Reviewing and Ensuring Accounting in Tally Prime, Zoho, Quick Books and other accounting software
2. Inventory Management
3. Bank Reconciliation.
4. Preparing and review of MIS Report on Weekly/Monthly Basis.
5. Preparation, review & Submission of Quarterly TDS Return
6. Reviewing and Ensuring Filing of GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C and other return filings
7. Finalization of P&L and Balance Sheet
8. Reviewing and Ensuring Ledger Reconciliation.
9. Preparation & Submission of Income Tax Returns
10. Coordinate With External Stakeholders
11. Should have sound knowledge and understanding of financial statements.
